Our Vision
When Mercury Advisors first began designing this project with Richard Zingale of Urban Studio Architects, we had one objective in mind. To offer residents luxury urban living with access to a vibrant lifestyle, and a sense of convenience that allows residents to make the best of their most valuable asset: time. Grand Central at Kennedy, a mixed-use urban neighborhood concept contained in one city block, embodies this and more. Comprised of two Art Deco-inspired buildings, Grand Central is home to 392 residential studio, one and two-bedroom units and 180,000 square feet of office and retail spaces with ample parking. With gourmet kitchens, floor-to-ceiling windows in select units and two ninth-floor pool decks, plus the new Powerhouse Gym, a drycleaners right downstairs, and restaurants, bars and Stageworks Theatre coming soon, everything our discerning residents need is practically within arm’s reach. It’s fresh, vibrant and anything but the suburbs.
